Pickup Policy

Pull Kingdom offers local pickup only. We do not ship orders. All purchases must be collected in person in Charlotte, North Carolina.

How to Place an Order

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your contact information. After placing your order, we will reach out by email or phone to arrange a pickup time and location.

Orders are not held or confirmed until we have contacted you and agreed on a pickup appointment.

Payment

We accept cash only. Payment is collected at the time of pickup — no payment is taken online during checkout.

Please bring exact or close-to-exact change. The total shown at checkout reflects the price of your items.

Pickup Location

Pickup takes place in Charlotte, North Carolina. Exact location details will be provided when we contact you to confirm your appointment.

Order Processing Time

We aim to respond to all orders within 1–2 business days to schedule a pickup time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During new set releases or high-demand periods, response times may be slightly longer.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before your scheduled pickup by contacting us. Since no payment is taken online, no refund is necessary for cancellations.
