All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Pull Kingdom are final. Once a transaction is complete and product has been picked up, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

We encourage all customers to inspect their items at the time of pickup before completing the transaction.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before pickup by contacting us. Since no payment is taken online, no refund is necessary for cancellations.
