What exactly do I get?
A complete, custom online storefront for your shop — a branded homepage, a product catalog with search and filters, individual product pages, a shopping cart, and a checkout flow. It also comes with a full admin panel where you manage products, inventory, orders, and offers yourself. You can see it all working on the live demo store.
How much does it cost?
$100 one-time setup to build, brand, and launch your store, then $50/month for hosting, maintenance, and support. No yearly contract, no hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime.
How long until my store is live?
Most stores launch within about a week once we have your branding (logo, colors) and an initial product list. We'll keep you updated as we build, and nothing goes live until you've reviewed it.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We handle the build, hosting, security, and updates. Day to day, you manage products and orders through a simple admin panel — if you can fill out a form, you can run your store.
How do orders and customer messages reach me?
Orders and contact-form messages are emailed to you and shown in your admin panel. The current flow uses local pickup with cash, plus an email verification step on each order to cut down on fake orders. Online card checkout (Stripe) is on the way.
Can customers pay by card, or buy single cards?
Card / debit checkout via Stripe and individual card-singles listings are both in active development and coming soon. Today the store is built around sealed product with pickup & cash, plus the "Make an Offer" feature.
What's mine, and what does Pull Kingdom keep?
You own your data and branding — your product listings, orders, customer info, logo, and any content you provide are yours, and we'll export your data if you ever leave. The website software, source code, and platform stay with Pull Kingdom; your subscription licenses you to use them while it's active. In short: this is a hosted service, not a purchase of the code. What happens if I cancel?
There's no long-term contract — cancel anytime. When you do, the monthly service and hosting end and your store goes offline. We provide an export of your store data (products and orders) so you can take it elsewhere. Because the software and platform aren't sold or transferred, the store itself and its source code aren't handed over — but your data and branding remain yours.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just your shop name, a logo or branding direction, a contact email for orders, and a list of products you want to sell. Send us a message and we'll take it from there.
