1. What this service is
Pull Kingdom provides a custom online storefront delivered as an ongoing, hosted subscription service. The fees ($100 one-time setup, then $50/month) cover designing, building, hosting, maintaining, and supporting your store. They are payment for a service — they are not the purchase of software, source code, or a transfer of ownership.
2. What you own
You retain ownership of everything that is genuinely yours:
- Your business name, logo, and any branding or content you provide to us.
- Your store data — product listings, descriptions, images you supply, orders, and customer information.
If you ever leave, we will provide an export of your store data (products and orders) so you can take it elsewhere.
3. What Pull Kingdom owns
Pull Kingdom retains all ownership of the platform that powers your store, including:
- The website software and its source code.
- The underlying design system, templates, layouts, and admin tools.
- All related intellectual property.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software to run your store for as long as your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of the code or platform, and the source code is not delivered or handed over.
4. Hosting & maintenance
While subscribed, we host your store on our infrastructure and handle updates, security, and reasonable maintenance. You manage your own day-to-day content (products, inventory, orders) through the admin panel we provide.
5. Billing & cancellation
The setup fee is a one-time charge. The monthly fee is billed on a recurring basis. There is no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time. When you cancel:
- The monthly service and hosting end, and your store is taken offline.
- We provide an export of your store data.
- Because the software and platform are not transferred, the store itself and its source code are not handed over.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated by email.
